Several years ago, I began a daily meditation practice — and the benefits of the practice have been life changing. So much so, that in 2016 I became a Chopra Certified meditation teacher & 200-hour registered yoga teacher. Why? Because the impact on my life inspired me to share with others how to access the peace, kindness and love that already exists in all of us. I know all this meditation stuff can sound kind of woo-woo, but you don't have to be a "yogi" to do it — you just have to want to breathe easier, love deeper (and that includes yourself) and cultivate more patience. Plus, reducing stress, sharpening concentration and improving physical & mental well-being are just some of the other benefits.
